3. Bookings

The booking is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from Italy Vip Car.

4. Rates and payments

5. Cancellation policy

6. Delays and waiting times

For airport services, Italy Vip Car monitors any flight delays as far as available information allows.

Any extra waiting times beyond those included in the service may incur additional costs.

7. Responsibility

Italy Vip Car undertakes to provide the service with professionalism and punctuality.

However, it cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:

  • traffic;
  • accidents;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes;
  • force majeure events;
  • causes not directly controllable.

8. Passenger behavior

Customers are required to maintain respectful behavior during the service.

Italy Vip Car reserves the right to interrupt the service in case of:

  • aggressive behavior;
  • damage to the vehicle;
  • situations compromising the safety of the driver or passengers.

Any damage caused to the vehicles may be charged to the customer.

9. Luggage

The customer is responsible for their personal belongings and luggage.

It is the customer's responsibility to communicate any extra or bulky luggage at the time of booking.

Italy Vip Car is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

10. Website usage

The user undertakes to use the site correctly and in accordance with the law.

It is forbidden to:

  • use the site for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • compromise the security of the site.

11. Intellectual property
